My favorite details about Cloud’s new render is how little fat he has on his arms compared to the others. You don’t just see his muscles, he’s got 0% fat on his arms to the point you can see his tendons and bones. You can also see how prominent his collar bone is where it meets his shoulder.

His posture is also really hunched for the most part, which is common with people losing fat mass. His sternum is very flat and he’s got no fat on his pectoral muscles either. Underneath his shirt he’s probably got very prominent sternum definition and rib definition. 

All of this is pretty congruent with emaciation, even with the amount of muscle he has, which signifies to me that his body is running on empty.  

My point is this is not the body of someone who is fit or healthy. He low key looks like he’s dying. Likely he only strength Cloud has left in him artificial.
